PU Chain Lubrication Pinions for Single-Strand Roller Chains B-1, Radial Lube Port
Material: Body: open-cell PU foam. Axle: Stainless steel. Plain bearing. Chain sprocket: PA.
For simplex roller chains DIN ISO 606 (ex DIN 8187). The rollers made of open-cell PU foam transfer the lubricant to the roller chain link plates at specific points. The lubrication roller is driven by a plastic pinion. It can be installed in any position. The lubricant supply can be done automatically or manually, e.g. with a grease gun.
Note: Radial lubrication connection thread for use with a hose connector or a separately available extension adapter for assembly with a reducer and lubricant dispenser. When using a reducer in combination with the radial axis, an extension adapter must be used to prevent collisions between the reducer and the PU foam.
Temperature range: -10°C to +80°C.
*Fastening thread for spring plate mounting.
On request: Can also be supplied with a spring plate on one or both sides for easy installation.
