Material: Rubber Chloroprene. Tensile members from polyester.

Completely covered with polyamide textile.

Classical: These belts in regular shape and quality are very flexible. The use is declining. In most cases, they can be replaced by narrow v-belts with higher power transmission.

Maintenance required: After running in and prolonged use, retensioning is necessary.

Use: Theese V-belts are suitable for classical force-fitting drive systems at normal conditions. Delivery for set use on request.

Operating temperatur: -20° to +100°C.

Antistatic according to ISO 1813.

Important:

During mounting the belt must be pre-tensioned. After running in for 15 - 20 minutes the belt needs to be retightened. At a continuous temperature of over 60° standard V-belts have only a short service life. Oil, Fats and chemicals should be kept away from the drive as they destroy the standard V-belts. Intermediate length are available on request.
