Material: Rubber. Tensile members from polyester.

Contact sides covered with textile, rubber coated.

Modern: These V-belts DIN 7753-1 / ISO 4184 with narrow, high shape offer higher power transmission than classic DIN 2215 V-belts, with lower flexibility. In most cases, classic V-belts can be replaced by narrow V-belts.

Maintenance required: After running in and prolonged use, retensioning is necessary.

Use: Theese V-belts are suitable for classical force-fitting drive systems at normal conditions. Because of the tight length tolerances, the belts can be used in sets.

Operating temperatur: -30° to +80°C.

Antistatic according to ISO 1813.

Important:

During mounting the belt must be pre-tensioned. After running in for 15 - 20 minutes the belt needs to be retightened. At a continuous temperature of over 60° standard V-belts have only a short service life. Oil, Fats and chemicals should be kept away from the drive as they destroy the standard V-belts. Intermediate length are available on request.
